Reflections on Helene

In this episode, I share what my experience of Tropical Storm Helene was like as a resident of Western North Carolina. I explore my thoughts and feelings around the different ways that people cope/respond when disaster strikes their community, and I ponder impermanence as a characteristic of existence.
